PETA assign in an extinct-usual snarl billboard adjacent to the Ohio Renaissance Competition that opened this weekend in Waynesville. The animal rights activists take into epic the classic Renaissance faire fare of an outsized turkey leg to be distasteful, to claim the least. From WLWT5:

The billboard — placed just about the fairgrounds and exhibiting a turkey’s face — reads “Ye Can Stay Without Yon Turkey Leg. I Can not. Bound Vegan Forthwith!”

Officials with PETA said they’re urging competition-goers to alter from a turkey leg to a falafel, hummus or corn on the cob…
